We are a fun, fresh and motivating Personal Training studio based in Loganholme, we have been helping people transform their health, fitness and life for over 14 years now from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, in beautiful Queensland Australia.

We specialise in Personal Training, Boot Camps, Yoga, Kickboxing, Boxing, Martial Arts, Nutrition, Pilates, Core Strengthening and Cardio Fitness Training.

Mixed Martial Arts

At Fresh Fitness, all of our trainers are qualified Kickboxing and Boxing Instructors, so you can now learn valuable self defense skills whilst achieveing your goals in your Personal Training and Boot Camp sessions.

If you are interested in specialised Mixed Martial Arts training, our trainer Shea Webb has specialised MMA experience in Muai Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
